Autumn L. Fox
Autumn graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1997. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Jerry G. Elliott at the Kansas Court of Appeals. In total, she has more than 20 years of experience handling custody cases of all kinds, including cases that involve divorces, post-divorce custody cases, paternity cases, child in need of care cases, and grandparent visitation rights cases. She is a strong and passionate voice in the legal community, frequently giving lectures on domestic law, legal writing, and attorney wellness.
Throughout her career, Autumn has handled and litigated hundreds of child custody cases. As her practice grew, Autumn focused her practice on high-conflict custody cases, and it is these cases for which she is the most recognized. Autumn is also an appellate lawyer and has filed many appeals, including criminal appeals. Her appellate practice does not solely focus on civil matters. Despite this range of knowledge, she actually prefers to be referred to as an advocate rather than a lawyer, as she is a fierce advocate for all of her clients.
