Autumn Fox

Attorney

Autumn L. Fox
Autumn graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1997. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Jerry G. Elliott at the Kansas Court of Appeals. She has more than 20 years of experience handling custody cases of all kinds, including divorces, post-divorce custody matters, paternity cases, child in need of care cases, and grandparent visitation rights.

Autumn is a strong and passionate voice in the legal community, frequently giving lectures on domestic law, legal writing, and attorney wellness. Throughout her career, she has litigated hundreds of child custody cases, with a focus on high-conflict custody matters for which she is most recognized.

In addition to her trial work, Autumn is also an appellate lawyer and has filed many appeals, including criminal cases. While her knowledge spans across several areas, she prefers to be referred to as an advocate, as she fiercely advocates for all of her clients.
